These are just some random pictures that I decided to post. This picture was just taken tonight. If you look closely, you can kinda see where one of his teeth are coming in... he's not very happy today because of them.

HELP! I know these pictures are kinda blurry, but does anyone know why this happens? EVERY time I give Garrett a bath, for about 15 minutes after his bath, his arms turn bright sunburn red and his hands turn a blue color. They aren't painful and he still laughs and smiles, but it really bothers me. The pictures don't show it very well, but maybe someone will know?

Christmas Pictures

Today we had Garrett's Christmas pictures taken. Aunt Teri came down from Cleveland to visit and to help us, and thank God for her today! I had no idea how hard it was to have a baby's pictures taken!! The actual Christmas pictures weren't the greatest because Garrett had the hiccups so he was pretty irritated. This was the best one of the bunch. (I know it's not very good here, it's from me taking a picture with my camera of his picture, so I'll get a better one when I get my scanner hooked up.)

Thanksgiving

Merry Christmas everyone! Sorry it's taken me so long to update the blog, we have been very busy! Garrett is growing very quickly, as I look at the previous pictures in the blog, I can't believe how much he's grown in such a short amount of time! He's smiling all of the time now and is a very happy little boy. He's starting to laugh every once in a while and it is so cute!! We spent Thankgiving with Grady's family and the weekend after with my family. We're trying to finish up our Christmas shopping now and just trying to keep warm.

This picture is at Grandma Williams' house (my mom, Patty). She got this bouncy chair for Garrett from a friend who had it for her granddaughter. He loves the chair, but I'm not so sure about the color!!

This is Garrett and Grandpa Williams, he came to visit us right before Thankgiving. Garrett loves to look at his beard. :)

These next two pictures are of Garrett in his swing. He likes being in it when Aunt Roni puts him in it, but he doesn't like it when I put him in it. These pictures are after I put him in it. Doesn't he look like he's enjoying it???

Today, we took advantage of the nice weather (when did the low 40's become nice?) and did some yard work. Garrett enjoyed being outside and watching Daddy rake leaves.

Halfway through November already!!

Well these pictures are backwards and I can't figure out how to change them around, but this is Garrett zonked out after his shots today.

I thought this picture was funny. Garrett weighs 14.3 pounds (95th%), 24 inches long. He's a big boy! Doctor says he's proportionate, just a big boy! The doctor said he is doing fine. Garrett only cried for a few seconds after his shot and then just stuck his bottom lip out. Garrett did much better than his daddy did during the shots!

Thanks to Jamie for helping me figure out how to put pictures in easier!! I thought I'd add a few more older pictures to catch up to now! As I speak, Garrett is FINALLY enjoying his swing that his Aunt Jamie got for him. He hasn't liked it much until the last day or so. This picture is from a few weeks ago.

November already!

I've decided to start a blog so that I can keep everyone up to date on what is going on in our family. I'm new at this so bare with me!

I tried to take pictures of Garrett inside of a pumpkin but it didn't go so well, he was hungry!

Jake tore the ACL in his knee about a month ago and it's not healing very quickly, so he's lost some weight and doesn't feel very well. He has lost almost 15 pounds! The Doctor said it could take 6 weeks so hopefully he gets better soon. He always lays by Garrett and checks on him a lot by sniffing him. Jake has also started waking me up when Garrett cries at night.

Garrett is starting to sleep better at night, sleeping for 4 or 5 hours at a time sometimes. That is good since I am going back to work on Tuesday. I'm going to be working Tuesday-Thursday through November and Monday through Thursday in December. In January I'll go back full time. I'm just going to enjoy being with Garrett as much as I can during this Holiday season.
